Your data & deletion
There is no NomAI account and no NomAI server. Everything you log lives on your phone, so you can see, export, and delete it yourself at any time. We don't hold a copy to delete.
Delete individual entries
- Open NomAI and find the meal on the Today screen or in the Journal.
- Tap it to open the details.
- Tap Delete. It's removed from the phone immediately.
Delete everything
Pick one:
- Clear the app's storage: Android Settings → Apps → NomAI → Storage → Clear storage. This removes all meals, profile details, settings, and the downloaded AI model.
- Uninstall NomAI. Android deletes all of the app's data from the phone.
Remove the AI model only
The AI model takes 2–2.6 GB. Go to Settings → On-device AI → Change model and choose "Skip — log manually for now". The model files are deleted and you can keep logging by hand.
Backups you may have made
- Android backup: if Android backup is on, a copy of NomAI's data may be stored in your Google account. Manage or delete it in your phone's backup settings, or in Google Drive under Storage → Backups.
- Exported ZIP files: delete any backup files you saved, for example from Google Drive or your Downloads folder.
Export your data
Settings → Cloud Backups → Export creates a ZIP file of your NomAI database. You can save it anywhere and restore it later with Import, on this phone or a new one.
